I reached out to customer service a while ago and still haven’t received any reply. I’ve checked my email a few times, including my spam folder, because sometimes stuff ends up there for no reason, but there’s nothing. I wasn’t expecting an instant response or anything, but at this point it’s frustrating

I was excited to put this together, but I started regretting the purchase fast. The parts are way too tiny, and the instructions were so confusing that I just gave up after a while. Definitely not the easy build I was hoping for.

Trying to place my order was a bit frustrating... the checkout kept glitching, and I wasn’t sure if it even went through at first. Then the confirmation took forever to show up, so I was just sitting there wondering what was going on

I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and the extra waiting felt kind of unnecessary.

I was let down when I opened this set. A bunch of the pieces looked scratched up, some felt loose, and a few just didn’t line up the way they were supposed to. I kept thinking maybe I was doing something wrong, but after messing with it for a while, it was clear the parts just weren’t made that well.
For the price, I expected a lot better. It technically went together in the end, but it felt cheap and took all the fun out of building it. What really annoyed me is how these companies seem to hide behind little policy loopholes, like if it “still assembles” then it somehow counts as acceptable. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from jmbricklayer.com the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking sat there barely moving for days, so I kept checking it and wondering if anything was actually happening. The product itself might be fine, but the wait really killed the excitement for me. Also, all the polished updates and nice-sounding wording don’t mean much when the package still isn’t moving. I probably won’t order again unless they seriously sort out the shipping.

I felt like I kept seeing the same kinds of sets over and over, so I got bored kinda quickly. Would’ve been nice to have more options to choose from.

Bought the set, got it home, and then realized a replacement part was missing. Annoying, but I figured support would be simple enough. Not really. I reached out, waited, got slow replies, and still never got a clear answer on what I was supposed to do next. Just a lot of waiting around. No real progress. frustrating after already spending the money

The set looks a lot messier in person than it does in the pictures. It feels cheap, and the build is kind of awkward. So yeah, not exactly the stylish little upgrade I thought I was getting.

I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch or what, but the bricks didn’t seem to fit together very well. A few parts kept coming loose while I was building, and the clutch felt weak overall.

I was disappointed with this. There were pieces missing, and a few of the parts showed up broken too. I kept checking the box thinking maybe I missed something, but nope, still missing pieces. It’s frustrating because you can’t really use it properly when parts are missing and some are already broken

The set itself was fine, but the instructions were annoying in a few spots. Some of the pictures weren’t clear enough, so I kept having to guess what they meant and then go back to fix things. It felt like the communication could’ve been way clearer. I did finish it in the end, but it definitely took longer than it should have.

I wouldn’t bother with this one. The bricks look decent enough, but for the price, I expected way better quality and instructions that were easier to follow. The shipping box arrived fine, so no issue there, but the set itself just feels overpriced compared to others I’ve bought. Save your time and look for a better value

The package showed up mostly fine, but one corner of the box was kind of crushed, which made me a little nervous at first. Thankfully, nothing inside was damaged and all the pieces were there. a bit more padding would probably help. BUT WOW, for a second I thought I was about to open a disaster. Overall though, it was okay, not perfect, but not a big deal either.
